TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments can be submitted via Bank transfer, Beem it or Paypal.

More information will be provided once you have expressed your interest in the time slot.

All digital transactions will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cosplayers will need to be at least 20 years of age to book and shoot.

Your ID may be subject to being checked on the day. Only the ID photo and date of birth need to be visible when shown.

A full down payment will be required to secure your timeslot.

Please also note that this initial payment to secure your timeslot is non-refundable. There are NO REFUNDS.

If cosplayers - and the entire group - are later than 15 minutes to a shoot, it is canceled. NO REFUNDS

I know that everyone’s time is precious, especially at a con. That’s why I’m asking you if you do book me, to respect my time and I’ll respect yours.

Cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a refund if communicated clearly.

What do I do on the day?

Feel free to bring along people to assist! I highly recommend bringing along a friend(s) to help!

Bring a valid ID in case I do decide to check.

Feel free to bring along references for your character to show me on the day! The more the merrier!

Make sure you’re well-fed and hydrated (or try to at least)!
